Poverty does not just mean the lack of an income. Multidimensional poverty implies that, even earning enough to cover the basic food basket, poor people cannot fulfill other basic needs such as housing, healthcare or education. The direct consequence of poverty is exclusion.
At Tzedaká Foundation we work with a comprehensive and interdisciplinary model that not only seeks to cover the basic needs of the population at risk, but also tries to provide them with tools that will help them overcome their constraints. We support them, build networks for them and empower them in the exercise of their rights.
