Through our Labor Action program, we launched an Introduction to Programming Course together with Comunidad IT, aimed at young people from vulnerable families. It is free of charge and takes place in our Digital Classroom that has 10 computers.
In addition to the classes, the students were able to participate in talks with tech experts. Paul Medrisch and Germán Scoglio from Pedidos Ya talked to them about job placement and the day-to-day work in the Software and Technology industry. Pablo Listingart, director of Comunidad IT, also told them about his professional career. It was a great incentive to motivate their training, so that they have access to real experiences and resources that enable them to develop both personally and professionally.
