In a very touching morning at Salguero Plaza hall, we celebrated our traditional Breakfast for the End of Activities of our Shoa Survivors Help Program last December 9th. This was a very exciting occasion since we had the presence of the survivors of the interior of the country, who traveled specially for this event. Along with their families, the survivors enjoyed the celebration in a very warm and loving environment, in which their stories of life and resilience were honoured.

Julián Weich hosted the event, the Senior Adults Choir performed, the volunteers handed the survivors roses in thanks for their shared teachings, and, as a final surprise, they enjoyed a fantastic show by Sandra Mihanovich, which ended in a group hug as they sang “Honrar la vida” (“Honouring life”).
