Last August 5th, we carried out our Solidary Knitting Meeting, in virtual form for the first time, and the attendance was huge! We shared a beautiful afternoon with the workshop’s volunteers and everyone who wanted to join this space where we breathe solidarity.
We learnt to knit squares, which can be later used for blankets, ponchos and other clothing items. Check out the class here.
We also watched a very touching video about our knitted items donations and closed the meeting with a big music show.
Thanks to those who attended! We are building together a solidary space, even if it is virtual.
