Six young participants from Fundación Tzedaká’s educational programs were awarded scholarships by the Buenos Aires Holocaust Museum to take part in the 2026 edition of the March of the Living, an educational journey to Poland and Israel. We are deeply grateful to the Museum for choosing Fundación Tzedaká and participants from our programs for this meaningful experience of remembrance and reflection.
The scholarship recipients — Iván (17), Jeremías (17), Elena (16), Galit (16), Micaela (19), and Irina (18) — are part of the IDEA program, which supports high school students, and the UNI program, which accompanies university students.
Each year, the March of the Living brings together participants from around the world in Poland and Israel to deepen their understanding of the history of the Holocaust and to reflect on the roots of prejudice, intolerance, and hatred through visits to concentration and extermination camps, museums, and memorials.
The selection of these young participants was based on their commitment, effort, and resilience within our educational programs, which support young people and families in vulnerable situations as they work to complete their studies.
At Fundación Tzedaká, we thank the Buenos Aires Holocaust Museum for providing this opportunity and celebrate that these young people will become multipliers and ambassadors of memory.
