Fundación Tzedaká at the National Endowment for the Arts

Fundación Tzedaká was present at the headquarters of the National Endowment for the Arts with two activities: a visit by the Holocaust Survivors Assistance Program’s Art Workshop and the Tzedaká Foundation’s Volunteer Weavers group to the Victoria Ocampo House.

Shoah Survivors at the National Endowment for the Arts

Participants in the Foundation’s Holocaust Survivors Assistance Program’s Art Workshop visited the National Endowment for the Arts for a guided tour of the exhibition “Pedro Roth: Like at Home,” followed by a discussion with the artist, who is also an active participant in the program.
The group shared an afternoon of dialogue, art, and memory around this exhibition, which pays tribute to Pedro at the Victoria Ocampo House.

SOLIDARITY KNITTERS

Volunteer weavers from Fundación Tzedaká made sustainable blankets, created from recycled materials donated by Blue Sheep. As part of the Blue Thread project, the weavers accompanied the public who joined this beautiful event.
