On November 7, we participated in an event organized by DLA Piper at the Argentine Consulate in New York, focused on the future of energy and infrastructure in Argentina. It was a valuable opportunity to showcase the Foundation’s work and our mission to improve the living conditions of thousands of people in vulnerable situations across Argentina.

Moderated by Marcelo Etchebarne, Managing Partner of DLA Piper, the panel featured distinguished speakers who shared their expertise and vision for growth and investment in Argentina’s key sectors:

  • Alejandro Cherñacov, Co-Founder of Vista Energy
  • Abraham Prada, Apollo Global Management
  • Jon Plavnick, Partner at Global Infrastructure Partners (now merged with BlackRock)
  • Gabriel Roitman, Managing Director at Jefferies
  • Juan C. Espinoza, formerly of Oaktree Capital Management and Wellington Capital Management

Our thanks go out to the attendees, the Argentine Consulate, the speakers, and DLA Piper for making this gathering possible, helping us raise awareness of our work so that more people can join us in building a more compassionate world.
